Humans sleep best when the temperature is 17 to 19 Degrees Celsius. Research shows that hot nights can take a heavy toll on our sleep quality and overall well being, with sleeplessness costing the Australian economy $66 billion every year.

As the cost continues to increase, here are some essential home cooling tips to help you sleep better through the summer heat.

LIMIT THE HEAT GETTING IN
